Shipping Policy

1. All orders are shipped via EVRi Tracked Services.
2. Orders are dispatched the same day or next working day after payment is received.
3. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot refund or resend items if an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
5. Delivery working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
6. Once your parcel has been handed to EVRi, any delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

RETURNS

We hope you love your Saraya Jewels pieces, but if you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Please Note

• Earrings, custom-made pieces, and discounted sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and personalisation reasons.
• Any free gift received as part of your order must be returned to receive a full refund. If it is not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Conditions

1. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging (box and pouch) included.
2. Returns must reach us within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for proof of return.
4. We do not refund original shipping charges. Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
5. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return the entire order, a £3 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. Once your return is received, our team will carry out a quality inspection. Items that appear used, damaged, or worn will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
7. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and approve your return.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
